Plainsman Mfg. Inc. is looking to hire a Phosphating & General Laborer for the Day Shift!

Hours: Monday to Thursday; 3:15pm - 1:45am.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Phosphating.
- Assembling parts.
- General clean-up.
- Inventory counts.
- Deliveries, and pickups as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Miscellaneous tasks as requested by supervisor or manager.

Skills or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or student.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Physically able.
- Follow written and verbal procedures as well as be able to clearly document their own work.
- Able to prioritize and make decisions using lean, risk, customer needs, and Plainsman's core values.
- Work with a team (conflict resolution, collaboration).
- Able to assemble multiple Plainsman product categories without supervision.
- Troubleshoot small issues and make corrections.
